26-year-old FBI special agent Kendra Donovan is involved in a murder case in Washington DC. As part of her investigation, she follows a lead to modern day England. While digging into details of the investigation, an odd twist sends her through time, back to early 1900s England. While in that time, she uses her FBI investigative to help some a series of murders.
The book is very entertaining, a good read. Ms. Donovan is a sympathetic character. I was pulled into her problem. The author dealt with the question arising from time shifting in a very realistic way.
