Elizabeth Kercher
My mother, Elizabeth Kercher, had enjoyed writing all her life. As happens with many people, life seemed to get in the way of her writing. She continued to write, but only as a hobby - poems, short stories and everyday observations. In the late 90s, she wrote a short story that combined her love of nature and animals. She imagined all of the animals living and playing in a world where magic happens - LynnLee Forest. LynnLee Forest existed in the imagination of my mother. She named the forest after her granddaughters, Lynn and Lee. [click here to read more]
Freddie Downs
Freddie Downs was born on January 25, 1952. He had dual ambitions growing up, to be an author and to become a radio announcer. He has succeeded in both of his goals.
Richard Blake
"Richard Blake is an author, journalist, geologist and mining engineer who has personally filed over two dozen mining claims, set up three gold placer mines and assisted in a uranium mineral survey in the Colorado mineral belt in Park, Summit and Chaffee counties. One of his claims was projected by a renowned Canadian geologist to have a 'Climax-sized molybdenum deposit' (the AMAX Climax mine north of Leadville, Colorado has been the world's greatest source of molybdenum since the 1950s)."
